The Amazon Empress
For The Amazon Empress, hula hooping began as a mere breakup distraction but quickly turned into a new found talent and passion. Since the dawn of her first performance at club Steel Blue in Durham in May 2010, The Amazon Empress has been actively involved in a variety of local hooping and circus activities. Her specialties include fire spinning, burlesque hooping, costuming, and dominating the Amazon. She and local hooping partner Phoenix have recently begun their own hoop business, selling handmade hoops and costume creations. Her ultimate goal is to share her passion for life and self-expression, while looking hot as hell and causing a riot as she does it!
